Tai
Chi is a form of moving meditation that emerged from Chinese culture
and is today China's national health exercise practised by more than
200m people. It can be done by people of all ages and all levels of
fitness. Clinical trials have shown that practicing Tai Chi can:
- Improve balance and co-ordination
- Improve flexibility
- Provide a sense of well-being
and reduce stress levels
- Lower blood pressure
- Improve lung function
through its breathing techniques

Exercise
Classes
We have been
running Fun Family Fitness classes at Stratton School, Cirencester for
over 5 years. The age range is from 12 to 67: grandson, mother and grandma!
Classes are on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 to 7.30 - everyone,
irrespective of age, ability or fitness level is most welcome. We also
run classes at Ashton Keynes Village Hall on Wednesdays between 1030
and 1230. Please call us for further details of these classes or if
you would like us to run a class in your area.
